Despite being a relatively small country, Ireland has produced some of the world’s biggest musical talents from U2 and Westlife to The Script, Enya and Bob Geldof.

However, in the last number of years there has been a distinct lack of female presence on the Irish music scene. Enter Clodagh Lawlor. Clodagh is 16 years old, from Co. Clare in Ireland and has already been making waves in Ireland with her sensational voice.

Clodagh was chosen from hundreds of thousands of hopefuls to win a place on the “Britain’s Got Talent” shortlist and was voted for by the public to audition for the four famous judges.

The exposure generated through her audition has since seen Clodagh appear on national TV and radio and her YouTube channel has consequently racked up a staggering 35,000+ views.
